Perfect vs prolific?

This week, I threw my 4 Hour Work Week out the window.

Sometimes I can think of nothing better than body surfing and catching a tan at the beach while everyone else is living the grey life of a Dilbert cubicle slave.

But other times, you just want to crank it up and make things happen. This last week, I created content like a man posessed… I created and delivered…

• “The 7 Rules of Coach Marketing” a webinar for outsiders

• The 7 deadly sins of education-based marketing — last Friday’s Strategy Session..

• 2 Weekly faxes,

• 50% of your next edition of the Coach Marketing System (on how to out-think, out-market, and out-earn the competition).

• Arranged the “Million Dollar Expert” webinar with Matt Church (today at 1pm. register at moreclients.com.au/mde)

• Created 1.5 days of kick ass training for the Insiders, and 1.5 days of advanced strategies & implementation for Black Belts at the Coach Marketing Intensive.

And I’m loving it. I saw Black Belt Insider Bill Smith quoting me in the bottom of his email signature: “Don’t be prefect. Be prolific.”

There are 3 areas in my business which have the highest dollar value and highest lifetime value, and I dedicate time every week to focus on each of them.

I often let other things slip by the wayside, but I always make time for the big 3: 1. Marketing 2. Content 3. Strategic relationships

How about you? What are the 3 areas in your business that if you focused on them each week (and constantly improved) would make the biggest difference?
